Lauren has reached a new milestone. Finally, after 25 months of her life, we decided that we should get a haircut for Lauren. We took her to the hippest place for toddler's to get their haircut, "Little Clippers". Here at Little Clippers they're not messing around. They pull out all the stops for while kiddos relax and get their haircut: Elmo movies, lollipops, balloons, stickers, car shaped seats and of course very talented haircutters.
We thought Lauren would love it. She was frightened during the whole experience. Maybe you tell from this picture.

Well, it didn't quite go as planned but luckily Lauren's stylist, Melissa, was quick with the scissors and snip, snip, Lauren was out of the chair. The stylist also added clips, glitter spray and mango mousse. It all sounded very glamourous for a two-year old.
Now to the untrained eye, maybe you are thinking, "Hey, it doesn't look like they cut anything". Perhaps you missed out on this picture, displaying Lauren's "mop".

All in all, it was a fun experience. Lauren even received a "Certificate of First Haircut". The certificates reads: This certifies that Lauren bravely received a haircut with high honors for great conduct and grown up behavior from Miss Melissa on October 22, 2010. It was all very official. Of course.
