One recent evening, Dad couldn't join us for dinner and Lauren was determined to find one of her many stuffed animals to take Dad's seat for the night. She knew just the perfect candidate, Big Elmo (there is also a Little Elmo too) and with his infectious permanent grin, how could I say no to that? So, Lauren got everything ready to make Elmo's dinner just right, he would need his own placemat, plate and napkin and of course, food, right?
